What Youll Do

• Greet guests promptly and professionally in the service drive
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
• Write repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians
• Provide clear estimates timelines and updates throughout the service process
• Recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines
• Deliver a high-quality efficient and transparent service experience

What Were Looking For

• Previous Service Advisor or service writing experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presence and attention to detail
• Working knowledge of automotive service and maintenance
• Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS experience is a plus
