Key Responsibilities

Support manufacturing operations and production targets
Identify and implement process improvements
Analyse production data and performance
Assist with problem-solving and root cause analysis
Work cross-functionally with engineering and operations teams

Requirements

Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing Mechanical or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork
Interest in continuous improvement
