How you will contribute

You will:

• Develop maintain and continuously improve statistical and consensus demand forecast
• Understand and analyze historical sales data demand trends promotions and seasonality
• Lead the cross-functional discussion around forecasting assumptions used to build the latest plan
• Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy KPIs and derive and govern the resulting action plan in collaboration with the cross-functional team
• Support the IBP process by preparing the necessary inputs template and consolidation for the monthly demand reviews (including explanation of changes)
• Maintain master data and planning parameters in the relevant forecasting systems
• Support and actively participate in the deployment of new forecasting technologies projects and ways of working

What you will bring

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field
• Min. 3-5 years professional experience in Demand Planning or CS&L
• Analytical thinking and business understanding / business acumen required
• Digitalization skills
• High service orientation continuous improvement and digital mindset
• Strong cross-functional communication skills (project and stakeholders management)
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Fluency in German and English
• Systems knowledge in Excel SAP BW/SAP APO SAP IBP SAC SAS o9
• I2M process & KPIs knowledge
