Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in and React to develop enhance and maintain scalable web applications. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality performance-optimized solutions that meet business objectives. The successful candidate will contribute to the organizations digital growth by building responsive secure and maintainable applications aligned with enterprise standards.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Proven expertise in (minimum 7 years) including building scalable APIs and server-side applications

  • Proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as and (at least intermediate in React)

  • Experience with front-end technologies including HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP for deployment and scaling purposes

  • Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)

  • Version control systems experience especially Git

• Preferred:

  • Exposure to GraphQL APIs

  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust scalable web applications using for backend services and for front-end interfaces.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and deliver features in an Agile environment.

• Write clean maintainable and efficient code conducting comprehensive code reviews for quality assurance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly ensuring seamless user experience and system stability.

• Optimize application performance and scalability through code tuning profiling and best practices.

• Work with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment monitoring and continuous improvement of applications.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices providing recommendations for technical improvements.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience developing full-stack applications with at least 3 years focused on and .

• Familiarity with cloud deployment and microservices architecture highly preferred.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop enhance and deploy web applications using and technology stacks.

• Conduct code reviews and unit testing to ensure software quality.

• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance in real-time environments.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives.

• Document design decisions APIs and deployment procedures for maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience with and in a professional setting.

• Proven experience in developing scalable secure web applications and APIs.

• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Developer React certifications) are a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly changing requirements.
