Key Responsibilities

• Support construction projects and site operations ensuring timelines quality standards and safety requirements are met
• Assist with project planning scheduling and coordination across teams and stakeholders
• Monitor budgets costs and resource allocation to ensure projects remain within scope
• Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and contracts
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards
• Support procurement processes including sourcing materials and liaising with vendors and contractors
• Assist with property management activities including tenant coordination and maintenance tracking
• Analyze project or property data to support decision-making and operational improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers architects contractors and sales teams

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering Real Estate Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Experience in construction real estate property management or site operations is preferred
• Knowledge of construction processes building regulations or property management systems is an asset
• Strong organizational problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced project-driven environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
