About the Role
We are seeking customer-focused individuals with an interest in travel to join our team as Customer Experience this role you will assist clients with travel-related inquiries support the booking process and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.
This is a remote opportunity offering flexible hours and access to ongoing training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service via phone email and online platforms
- Assist clients with travel inquiries reservations and general support
- Guide clients through the booking process for vacations cruises and other travel services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Stay up to date with training travel information and supplier updates
- Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Interest in travel hospitality or tourism preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using computers booking systems and online tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in customer service sales or travel is a plus but not required
