Head Dental Nurse Boston Lincolnshire
We are looking for an experienced confident and motivated Head Dental Nurse to join a friendly supportive team in a modern patientfocused practice based in Boston Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse ready to step into a leadership role.
About the Role
As Head Dental Nurse you will take a key leadership position within the clinical team ensuring smooth daytoday operations high standards of patient care and full compliance across the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead support and mentor the dental nursing team
- Ensure full CQC compliance and adherence to crossinfection protocols
- Manage rotas staffing levels and daily clinical workflows
- Provide chairside support across a wide range of treatments
- Oversee stock control and ordering of clinical supplies
- Act as the main point of contact for nursing staff and liaise closely with management
What Were Looking For
- Qualified GDCregistered Dental Nurse
- Experience in a senior or lead nursing role (preferred)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teambuilding abilities
- A proactive positive and professional approach
