Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-driven Lead Generation & Data Enrichment Associate to own the data supply chain that feeds our outbound sales team. Your job is to ensure our SDRs never work with a bad lead every contact that reaches them must be sourced verified against our Ideal Customer Profile and fully enriched with accurate company and contact information.
You will be trained on Clay and our full enrichment workflow. What we need from you is strong research instincts precision and the ability to pick up new tools fast.
Responsibilities Lead Sourcing
Source raw company data from LinkedIn Apollo industry directories and other databases filtered to our Ideal Customer Profile
Identify the correct decision-makers within each target company based on criteria defined by the Outbound Marketing Manager
Apply qualitative ICP checks beyond basic filters confirming relevant company signals before a lead moves forward
Data Enrichment
Run enrichment workflows to find and verify decision-maker names job titles business email addresses phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles for every sourced contact
Validate email addresses and ensure data quality before leads are assigned to SDRs
Maintain a sourcing log that tracks which data sources and methods produce the best results and continuously refine sourcing strategy based on that data
CRM Delivery
Deliver enriched ICP-verified leads into HubSpot with all required properties populated and ready for SDR assignment Coordinate with the CRM & Marketing Operations Associate to ensure all incoming data conforms to agreed HubSpot property standards
Flag any data quality issues incomplete records low email confidence scores or ICP mismatches before leads reach the SDRs
Requirements
Must-Have
At least 1 year of experience in a research-heavy role lead generation market research data sourcing data collection or similar
Demonstrable ability to navigate LinkedIn and identify the right decision-makers within a target company
Strong attention to detail you are the last line of defense before bad data reaches the sales team
Comfortable spending significant time on deep research and repetitive data tasks without losing accuracy
Ability to read an ICP and translate it into precise filtering logic not just firmographic criteria but qualitative signals
Familiarity with Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
Basic understanding of how CRM contact properties work and how enriched data should land in HubSpot
Good written English
