Job Summary

Description

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Cleaning of parts/components;
Handling of chemical reagents;
Operation of the electropolishing process;
Quality assessment of finished electropolished products: Determining whether finished products meet acceptance criteria in accordance with specified requirements;
Drying collection and organization of finished electropolished products;
Execution of titration experiments;
Process documentation: Daily measurement and recording of the electrolyte density within the electropolishing tank;
Operation shutdown control and calibration/locking of electropolishing equipment.

For This Role You Will Need:

Minimum education level: Junior High School or above; basic proficiency in English and computer skills;
Meticulous and attentive to detail; strong quality consciousness; steady and reliable demeanor; strong capacity for learning and comprehension;
Ability to meet the companys requirements regarding the work environment;
Ability to adapt to a rotating shift schedule (covering morning afternoon and night shifts).
