Working for our team you can truly make a Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repairs preventative maintenance and the overall upkeep of the assets and facilities. The Maintenance Technician will report to the General work at MCC:Compensation: $28.00/hrThis is a night shift - Sunday to Thursday benefits package including medical dental vision disability life insurance and 401(k)Paid Holidays: New Years Memorial Day Fourth of July Labor Day Thanksgiving Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day plus two floating HolidaysResponsibilities:Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during and complete work orders within Asset EssentialsPerforms scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environmentPerform duties including but not limited to mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machinesSupports an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5SResponsible for maintaining and performing repairs to the facilityResponsible for maintaining accurate and efficient spare parts inventoryCoordinating with outside contractors for repairs to be outsourcedParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: One or more years of demonstrated experience in electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic applicationsThe ability to read electrical schematics and vocational maintenance training certificate preferredRequires basic knowledge of computers and operating systemsRequires physical ability to climb stairs bend sit stand walk reach with arms push pull and use hands and fingers to feel and handle material for extended time framesMust have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds repeatedly and regularly.
