As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Lake Jackson TX you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. Join Allied Universal in a healthcare location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for patients visitors and staff. This unarmed role blends customer service communication and routine patrol responsibilities with a team that values being agile reliable innovative and guided by integrity in all interactions.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional and problem-solving manner including assisting with de-escalation and reporting of security-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas entrances and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify credentials when required and document security-related events observations and/or incidents according to site procedures.
• Assist with traffic and pedestrian flow around the location support staff and visitors with directions and information and communicate with supervisors and/or local responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
