Job Summary
Join our team at Hampton InnBoston-Natick as a Hotel Housekeeping Room Attendant where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms thoroughly including making beds dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish linens towels and guest supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Ensure all rooms meet the hotels quality standards before guest check-in.
- Provide attentive friendly service to guests when encountered.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping or custodial experience preferred.
- Ability to stand walk bend and lift throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
