Position Title: EEG Technologist Diagnostic Neurology

Location: Beverly Hills CA
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 AM 05:30 PM)

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled EEG Technologist to join a high-performing Diagnostic Neurology team. This role is responsible for conducting electroencephalographic (EEG) procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong inpatient experience technical proficiency and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced EEG studies in an inpatient setting
• Prepare patients for procedures ensuring proper electrode placement and comfort
• Monitor record and analyze brain wave activity for abnormalities
• Identify and document seizure activity and other neurological events
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and test results
• Ensure proper operation calibration and maintenance of EEG equipment
• Collaborate with neurologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Adhere to infection control safety and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of EEG experience (inpatient experience required)
• REEGT (Registered EEG Technologist) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• CLTM (Certified Long-Term Monitoring) preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Active certifications must be in hand at time of submission (no pending certifications)
