About the Role
As FCMs newest Business Travel Consultant you will be at the heart of our client relationships delivering exceptional service and ensuring the successful fulfilment of corporate travel programmes. Acting as a key conduit between clients travellers and the business youll be responsible for providing consistent proactive and world-class service.
Working closely with your Team Manager and wider team youll demonstrate strong operational capability outstanding customer focus and a commitment to exceeding client expectations through sound travel management practices.
About You
You are an experienced travel professional with a passion for corporate travel and a think different mindset. You consistently look ahead anticipate client needs and take proactive steps to improve efficiencies and service delivery.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment bring energy and positivity to every challenge and enjoy collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders - while also being confident working independently when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional proactive customer service to FCM clients and travellers
- Manage and fulfil complex business travel bookings with a high degree of accuracy and care
- Maintain strong relationships with clients suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of GDS systems and corporate travel processes
- Advocate FCM and clientpreferred supplier programmes
- Identify address and reduce service failures
- Meet and exceed client SLAs KPIs and productivity targets
- Act as a brand ambassador for FCM and contribute positively to team culture
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience as a travel consultant (essential)
- GDS experience Amadeus (essential)
- Strong industry travel and fares knowledge
- Customer-focused with excellent service ethics
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management skills
- Positive open-minded attitude with a willingness to adapt
