About You

As our next Business Travel Consultant youll bring your passion for travel commercial insight and proactive mindset to deliver outstanding service to corporate clients. You understand that great business travel isnt just about bookings its about enabling people to perform at their best.

You enjoy learning anticipate client needs and continuously look for smarter more efficient ways to work. With energy curiosity and a thinkdifferent attitude youre equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with colleagues and partners.

Your Role at FCM Travel

Your expertise makes the difference

• Act as a trusted point of contact for corporate travel clients via phone and email
• Manage endtoend business travel bookings using the Amadeus GDS system
• Provide expert consultation to deliver seamless compliant and costeffective travel solutions
• Build strong longterm customer relationships through proactive service and tailored advice
• Ensure clients feel supported confident and eager to return again and again

What Sets You Apart

• Relevant experience: Previous experience in a travel agency or commercial travel environment is ideal though not essential
• Industry exposure: Background in travel tourism hospitality or gastronomy is a strong advantage
• Languages: Confident communication in German and English (verbal and written)
• Tech confidence: Experience with Amadeus or similar booking systems
• Service mindset: You enjoy working with booking tools engaging with clients and growing your expertise in a fastmoving servicedriven industry
