LRQA is expanding its delivery capability across the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands to support retail hospitality and food service programmes.
We are seeking experienced reliable and customer-focused professionals to join our assessor network as Trainers Mystery Shoppers and Auditors.
These opportunities are freelance / contractor-based and offer flexible scheduling alongside longterm programme stability.
1. Trainers (Retail & Hospitality Operations)
Location: Canary Islands & Balearic Islands
Contract type: Freelance / Associate
- Proven experience delivering training in retail hospitality or foodservice environments
- Confident engaging facilitation skills
- Strong understanding of operational standards service quality and compliance
- Fluency in Spanish (English desirable)
- Ability to travel locally within the islands
2. Mystery Shoppers
Location: Canary Islands & Balearic Islands
Contract type: Freelance / Associate
- Strong attention to detail and objective reporting skills
- Excellent written Spanish (English desirable)
- Reliable punctual and discreet
- Comfortable using online reporting systems and mobile tools
- Previous mystery shopping or audit experience preferred (training provided)
3. Auditors Food Safety
Location: Canary Islands & Balearic Islands
Contract type: Freelance / Associate
- Previous auditing experience in retail hospitality or food safety environments
- Strong understanding of compliance quality and risk management
- Professional integrity and confident client-facing skills
- Fluency in Spanish (English desirable)
- Formal qualifications or relevant audit training advantageous
