Job Title: Inspector Packer

Location: Carrollton TX

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed)

Job Summary:

The Inspector Packer is responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and packaging them according to company specifications. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity and supporting efficient production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect products for defects damages or inconsistencies according to quality standards
• Accurately pack finished goods into appropriate containers or packaging materials
• Label and prepare products for shipment following company procedures
• Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily production targets
• Report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly
• Keep work area clean organized and compliant with safety guidelines
• Follow all company policies procedures and safety regulations
• Assist with general production duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse or production environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 2540 lbs as needed

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Exposure to production equipment and moderate noise levels
• Requires standing bending and repetitive motions throughout the shift
