Order Picker Processor

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Process customer orders using a mobile device including scanning QR codes to retrieve order details
• Pick and organize items based on order identifiers (numbers and/or letters)
• Distribute completed orders to customers in an accurate and timely manner
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Request and scan customer QR codes and obtain signatures as required
• Ask customers to verify order accuracy upon pickup
• Escalate order discrepancies or customer concerns to on-site leads as needed
• Assist with line management and maintaining organized distribution areas
• Support backstocking and inventory organization as needed
• Rotate between operational and customer-facing tasks based on event needs
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
• Follow all event procedures safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service retail warehouse or event support preferred
• Ability to use a mobile device or handheld technology for order processing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Flexible and willing to rotate between different tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to stand and move throughout the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift and carry items up to approximately 40 lbs
• Reliable punctual and able to follow directions
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed
