How youll contribute

A Clinic Coordinatorwho excels in this role:

• Will be a licensed person such as a LPN Medical Assistant Radiology Tech Imaging Tech etc.
• Provides maintenance of the daily operations and general management of the practices.
• Allocating and assigning duties to employees monitoring activities and operations of the Practice components.
• Directs and evaluates departmental operations including patient care delivery information technologies service level determination and complaint management to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
• Plans and monitors staffing activities including hiring orienting evaluating disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
• Prepares monitors and evaluates departmental budgets and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
• Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
• Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth while integrating evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.

What were looking for

• Requires candidate to be a licensed person (LPN Medical Assistant Radiology or Imaging Tech etc.) with license active and in good standing with proof of completed relevant education.
• BLS or CPR certification required
