• Lead and Inspire:Motivate and manage a team of enthusiastic staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Guest Satisfaction:Ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience from the moment they walk in until the moment they leave.
• Innovate and Improve:Work closely with our chefs and bar staff to continually evolve our menu offerings keeping them fresh exciting and on-trend.
• Operational Excellence:Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards in both service and food quality.

What Were Looking For:

• Passionate Leader:Someone with a love for hospitality food and wine who can inspire and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.
• Experience:Previous leadership experience in banquets & catering is a must. Experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or bar is preferred.
• Dynamic and Adaptable:Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ever-changing environment and to bring new ideas to the table.
• Strong Communication Skills:Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests staff and management effectively.
