About the job

You support and continuously develop the services offered by the Directory Services team with a primary focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities.

Job responsibilities

• Design enhance and operate Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services Entra ID and PKI in a global hybrid environment.
• Drive modernization initiatives automation and architectural improvements within the Identity Fabric domain.
• Lead complex incident resolution perform deepdive troubleshooting and deliver root cause analyses with sustainable remediation.
• Design and implement integrations using modern authentication standards such as OAuth OpenID Connect and SAML.
• Support endtoend onboarding of enterprise applications and perform security and risky permission assessments.
• Collaborate closely with architects development teams and stakeholders to ensure performance security and compliance.
• Contribute to identity governance security policies and controls conditional access strategies zerotrust alignment and vulnerability management.
• Mentor colleagues and promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Location and flexibility

The position is based in Sandviken or Stockholm Sweden or in Bangalore India. We apply a hybrid setup allowing you to combine presence in the office and remote work.

Your profile

You have extensive experience in identity and directory services and thrive in complex hybrid IT environments. You have experience in managing and optimizing Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services Entra ID ADFS and Public Key infrastructure. You also bring:

• The ability to troubleshoot authentication and directory service issues ensuring timely updates and comprehensive root cause analysis.
• Experience with hybrid environments spanning cloud and onpremises solutions.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with modern authentication protocols including Azure AD App Proxy MFA and conditional access policies.
• A relevant education or equivalent knowledge gained from a working career.
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written.

Youre a communicative and collaborative professional with an open-minded and team-oriented approach. You have analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies. By staying up to date with advancements in the IAM space you ensure continuous growth and improvement.
