Account Manager Trim (mfd)

Lear Corporation are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our sales team within our Seating division Trim). You will be based in our Engineering Center located in Tychy looking after Trim Cover projects

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for commercial ownership of trim cover series projects and contracts with customer onfromBuyer toSenior Management level
• Liaison with internal sales and program management team to ensure alignment
• Interface with Costing team to ensure timely and accurate quotes

• Customer relationship management OEM Buyer / Purchase Manager / LeadEngineers / ModuleLeaders / PieceCostEngineers / VendorToolingCostEngineers

• Manage negotiation and closure of commercial issues in timely manners

• Managesalesaccount with P&L responsibility cost and pricing management and profitability ownership fromprojectinceptionthrough to SOP

• Deliver program(s) with committed financial metrics

• Maintain internal reporting

• Supportbusiness caseapprovals

• Report out program commercial status to senior level
  

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experiencedautomotive tier 1AccountManager ideally with a background in complex high value commodities trim covers/interiors a plus
• Highlydeveloped commercial acumen be amotivated self-starterandwillingness to take the lead and not afraid to make a decision

• Experience in tracking price changesmaintainingaccuraterecords of changes including margin impacts
• High level communication and organisational skills
• English Advanced proficiency
• 10% of Travel time (EMEA & US)
