Care Home Cook - 13 per hour - 30 hours per week

This Care Home Cook role offers the chance to take real ownership of dining within a thoughtfully refurbished care home designed to provide modern comfortable surroundings for residents.

Youll be responsible for delivering a high-quality dining experience with meals that are not only nutritious but tailored to individual needs including specialist diets and allergies. This suits an experienced cook who is confident working in a professional kitchen and understands the importance of consistency safety and presentation in a care setting.

Before You Apply

• You must hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.

What Youll Need

• Experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen environment (preferably a care home setting)
• Strong knowledge of specialist diets allergens and food safety
• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate
• Ability to manage workload independently and maintain standards

• Prepare and cook meals in line with dietary requirements and care plans
• Plan menus that meet nutritional standards and resident preferences
