You want a finance role where the numbers you work with actually shape the future of manufacturing As FP&A Analyst for Colibrium Additive Printers you are the finance specialist for the Printers P&L partnering directly with cost center owners across Laser EBM and key HQ functions. Your insights will influence how we invest where we drive productivity and how Colibrium Additive scales as a global business.
You will support and challenge the business turning complex data into clear actions that improve cost control profitability and strategic decision making. You will also help embed FLIGHT DECK / LEAN ways of working building robust standard work and simplifying financial reporting so teams can focus on what matters.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Partner on the Printers P&Las the key finance business partner across all cost centers (Laser EBM and selected HQ functions) covering COS SGA and fixed assets globally and at Lichtenfels.
Drive financial operations and productivityby owning spend tracking PO requisitions cost productivity projects and supporting month/quarter close including journal entries and required reporting.
Standardize and simplifyallocations reporting and core finance processes with Additive HQ and facility management to reduce complexity rework and ensure accurate cost allocation to engineering services and other pillars.
Lead planning forecasting and metricsfor the Printers P&L including budgets forecasts hands-on analysis and continuous improvement of cost tracking and analytics models plus documenting methodology and training stakeholders.
Provide decision supportthrough data-driven analysis and recommendations including preparation of audit support and interaction with internal and external auditors.
Champion FLIGHT DECK / LEAN and changeby rolemodelling standard work and problemsolving fundamentals and helping the team adopt lean transparent financial processes.

What you bring
Bachelors degree inFinance Accounting or related field
Around3 years experience in financial operations including reporting and forecasting
StrongExcelskills; experience withOracle ERPis a plus
Fluency inEnglishand goodGermanskills
Clear structured communication and the ability to work in aglobal team
Comfort diving into data analyzing problems and makingdatadriven decisions
Ability to document and execute processes and initiatives
