About the Role: Smartbridge is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 2 years of experience in designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions using Flow Builder Apex Visualforce and LWC. The ideal candidate will have experience in both declarative and code-based development including Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications and automation.
• Understand legacy process builders and convert them as Flows.
• Implement a custom user interface using LWC or Visualforce.
• Perform data migrations and integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications to meet evolving business needs.
• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ including product rules pricing rules quote templates and approval workflows.

Technical Skills Required:

• Working knowledge of Flow Builder Apex and SOQL.
• Experience building custom user interfaces using LWC and Visualforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ product and pricing configuration bundle setup and quote-to-cash processes.
• Experience with data migrations and integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party tools.
• Exposure to C# or Python for automation enhancements is a plus.
• Familiarity with deploying changes using or Change Sets.
• Experience maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce applications.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Salesforce Developer certification required or must be obtained during probation period.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry is a plus.
• 100% remote role must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST.
• 6-month probation period before full-time confirmation. If certification is not already held it must be completed during probation.

  • Intro Video Section Candidate introduction & motivation.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Scenario-based questions.
  • Technical Test Covering SQL Salesforce-related questions and possible coding.
