PRIMARY PURPOSE:

To manage corporate compliance and proper business practices within a district; and to maintain and ensure profitable growth increasing market presence and the development retention and value of existing client accounts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and implements annual business plans operating budget and revenues budget utilizing EFI Global business processes.
  • Generates and establishes talent management and financial control plans to secure successful execution of territory performance
  • Oversees activities to ensure efficient operation of region.
  • Serves as a point of contact for communication between internal and external customers.
  • Creates an environment of customer / employee satisfaction.
  • Minimum 65% billability expectation with a mix of field/normal office working condition.
  • Establishes and maintains positive public relations to promote a reputation of quality for Unified.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complies with Companys Safety Programs/Standards
  • Properly utilizes Personal Protection Equipment
  • Exercises appropriate use care and maintenance of equipment (company owned or leased)
  • Complies with company standards and best practices regarding the storage of equipment
  • Meets or exceeds productivity levels and daily time submission as determined by manager.
  • Complies with all Human Resources Policies Programs and Initiatives
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Travel as required

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing


Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited university. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience


Minimum ten (10) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Five (5) years of experience in progressive positions in environmental engineering services fire investigation insurance-related or professional services industries preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Exposure to all elements of the weather
  • Walking climbing etc. as required
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds as required
  • 40-60% work in field environment
