Job Description

Lead a team to support raw materials and production planning for meeting customer demand while controlling the inventory at optimal level. Lead team to drive continuous improvement for planning process to meet business requirements. Ensuring customers requirements are fulfilled timely improve production efficiency through balance inventory and non-shut down production lines.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

• Responsible for production planning and material planning to make sure customer service level under target.

• Assist to work with demand team purchasing and sourcing site to control the inventory at a target level.

• Responsible for MRP planning scheduling. Maintain SAP planning module monitor and report any exceptional when MRP running.

负责MRP的计划调度维护SAP计划模块监控和报告MRP运行时的任何异常

• Coordinate and monitor S&OP process for ensuring effectiveness and alignment of revenue & demand plans support NPI launch.

• Lead &drive continuous improvement for planning process to meet business requirements.

• Minimize and manage excess & obsolete inventory

• Assist planning manager for planning process continuous optimization.

Educational Qualifications学历:

Bachelor Degree or above preferably in Engineering disciplines such as Electronics Mechanical Engineering or Automation.

大学本科及以上学历电子机械工程或自动化等工程学科专业优先

Experience Qualifications经验及其他资格:

• 5 years experience in production planning in a multinational company.

5年以上跨国公司生产计划工作经验

• Familiar with ERP or MRP system. Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.

熟悉ERP或MRP系统熟悉SAP E1 Kingdee系统者优先

• Strong interpersonal skills with cross functional team.

良好的跨职能团队人际交往能力

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Fluent English both in written and oral

流利的英语书面和口头表达能力

• Familiar with office software include outlook excel word powerpoint.
