What Youll Do
Physician & Practice Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians nurse practitioners and clinic staff through in-person visits calls and ongoing follow-ups
Serve as a key liaison between referring physicians and WELL Health clinics and specialists
Respond promptly and effectively to physician inquiries and concerns
Deliver a consistently high-quality experience to referring offices
Business Development & Marketing
Promote WELL Healths services and value proposition across assigned territories in the GTA
Develop and manage a strong referral pipeline supporting referral growth and engagement
Track outreach activity territory plans and referral trends using Salesforce
Collaborate closely with clinic leaders regional teams marketing and physician relations colleagues
Understand local market dynamics competition and referral patterns
Patient & Physician Experience
Support referring offices with accurate information to help patients prepare for appointments
Answer questions confidently using in-depth knowledge of WELL Health services
Partner with peers across territories to strengthen team effectiveness
Support other lines of business as call volumes require
Contribute to overall organizational performance goals
What You Bring
02 years of related experience (sales marketing healthcare or customer service in hospitality retain or restaurant business)
Bachelors degree in sales marketing healthcare administration or a related field
1 year of cold-calling or outbound customer engagement experience
Strong communication skillsclear professional and relationship-focused
Comfort using Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is an asset
Proactive organized and comfortable working independently
Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel across assigned territories
