Job Summary

Provide network engineering SETA support to the Government. Advise on ground enterprise and range network architectures supporting TT&C operations system integration and test events. Review contractor designs ICDs performance analyses and test results to ensure compliance with SCAR requirements and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Review contractor Layer 13 network architectures including routing switching VLANs multicast QoS redundancy and resiliency.

Assess ground and NOC integration designs network demarcation points and ICDs with government enterprise systems and test ranges.

Evaluate network performance supporting TT&C operations including latency throughput prioritization and fault tolerance.

Review PTP / timing network architectures (boundary clocks QoS GPS integration holdover concepts) and assess mission impact.

Review network-related test plans procedures and results; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Provide independent technical input for SRR PDR CDR TRR and readiness reviews.

Required Qualifications

Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related discipline and 10 years of relevant experience.

Active TS/SCI Clearance

Strong knowledge of routing switching QoS VPNs firewalls and timing networks.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior SETA or government advisory experience preferred.
