Job Summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking aClinical Nurse Manager (RN) for our Erie PAAdult Nursing and Pediatrics Home Care office. This role would be a mix of working directly with clients in the home as well as leading clinical staff.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Adult/Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Erie PA and surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise clinical staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of hands on experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Trach/vent experience preferred
