Job Purpose
To provide end to end support to the Area Logistics Supervisor or Area Logistics Manager for all Logistics (warehousing and transport) functions at the site level. Allowing for maximum operational flexibility according to customer service quality HSE and cost targets for the responsible site.
- Order Management & Fulfillment 20%
- Customer & Sales Relationship Management 30%
- Inventory Management 30%
- Coordination of Internal Resources 10%

Key Accountabilities
- Oversight of order Receipt Entry & Confirmation
- Communication / Escalation of concerns
- Maximize On Time & In Full Delivery
- Oversight of Reason Code Entry for OTIF Failures
- Oversight of the order cycle from start to finish
- Regular communication with the Sales Team
- Regular communication with the Customer and understanding of their business needs
- Strategically runs the Daily Replenishment of the facility
- Strategically manages Safety Stock levels and Forecast modifications
- Works with Customer Demand & Supply Planning on inventory support.
Job Requirements
- 2 years of related customer service or logistics related management experience
- Related business diploma or degree
- Positive Attitude Strong Work Ethic Proficient Problem Solving Skills Passion for Excellence
Total Compensations
- The hourly range for these skills is $20.00/hr. 3% annual bonus.
