Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute special projects including complex installs remodels tenant build-outs and fast-paced or high-priority jobs
- Interpret drawings specs and field conditions to problem-solve and adapt in real time
- Serve as the field leader and key point of contact between project management customers and field teams
- Coordinate manpower materials and scheduling to meet tight deadlines and evolving scopes
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with commercial plumbing codes and safety standards
- Conduct jobsite safety inspections and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting for labor materials and project progress
- Mentor and develop plumbers helping elevate skill levels across the team
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers especially in sensitive or occupied environments
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as a Foreman or Lead on complex or specialty plumbing projects
- Proven ability to manage non-standard scopes and fast-moving project environments
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems codes and best practices
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints specs and field layouts
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Highly motivated adaptable and solution-oriented
- Ability to handle pressure and shifting priorities while maintaining quality and safety
