RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembly Operations: Execute manual and semi-automated assembly of components in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures utilizing hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and functional tests throughout the assembly process to identify defects ensuring product integrity and promptly reporting any material or mechanical issues.
- Workspace & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain an organized and safe workstation by performing daily preventative maintenance and calibration checks on assigned tools and equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School diploma or Vocational Training (FP) in Manufacturing Mechanics or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment is highly valued.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with basic hand tools ability to read and understand simple technical instructions or assembly diagrams.
- Aptitudes: High manual dexterity attention to detail ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and good teamwork skills.
