Reporting to the CRM Manager youll work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to delivery the best customer communications whilst driving real commercial results!
Key Responsibilities:
Create own and deliver the CRM plan and incentives.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to respond to briefs based on business objectives.
Review and analyse commercial and customer impact to identify opportunities.
Assign KPIs and optimise customer journeys based on results.
Work with the Customer Marketing team to enhance the total customer experience.
What youll need to have (our must-haves):
Background in marketing ideally with CRM digital or printed communications experience.
A creative mindset with a customer-first and analytical approach.
Excellent relationship-building organisational and communication skills.
Flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various projects.
It would be great if you also have:
Experience in data analysis and customer segmentation.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
