Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding the adoption of InPost services (Home Delivery Out of Home 3PL etc.) across strategic clients.
This role combines strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of e-commerce ecosystems (marketplaces checkout processes brand visibility) to deliver value-driven and efficient solutions to our partners.
You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the companys growth and profitability objectives.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have
Grow business volume within existing strategic accounts and identify new opportunities to expand collaboration
Understand clients operational and technological needs (marketplaces e-commerce retailers) and propose tailored solutions
Collaborate with IT Operations and Marketing teams to support integrations onboarding processes and logistics flow improvements
Analyze market trends competitors and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
Prepare commercial proposals presentations and activity reports
Well what will the requirements be
35 years of experience in business development or commercial expansion preferably in logistics or e-commerce sectors
Strong knowledge of last-mile delivery models (PUDO Lockers Home Delivery Fulfillment)
Familiarity with e-commerce processes (checkout integration software sales platforms order management systems)
High level of English
Experience working with CRM tools and digital environments
