Job Summary
We are working with a leading Independent school seeking a meticulous Estates Project Coordinator. This is a full-time permanent position starting ASAP managing the physical development of a historic and technology-rich campus.
The Role
Project Coordination: Oversee building maintenance refurbishment and construction projects ensuring they are completed on time and to budget.
Contractor Management: Liaise with external vendors and technical specialists with total precision to ensure site safety and quality.
Compliance: Maintain accurate records for health and safety audits ensuring the campus remains a well-ordered and safe environment for scholarly inquiry.
Sustainability: Assist in implementing green initiatives to improve the schools energy efficiency and environmental footprint.
