Job Summary

About the Role
As ECT Maths Teacher you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 delivering engaging lessons that build pupils confidence fluency and reasoning. You will be supported to deliver a well-sequenced curriculum that develops:
Secure mathematical foundations through clear explanation and modelling
Fluency and accuracy through purposeful practice and regular retrieval
Reasoning skills through structured questioning and guided problem-solving
GCSE confidence through deliberate practice feedback and consistent routines
ECT Support and Development
You will benefit from a strong ECT programme including:
A dedicated subject mentor and regular coaching
Protected time for training planning and reflection

Support with behaviour routines assessment and adaptive teaching
