• Implement targeted attendance interventions and support plans

• Work closely with safeguarding pastoral and SEND teams to remove barriers to attendance

• Liaise with external agencies local authority services and Education Welfare where required

• Ensure attendance records are accurate and compliant with statutory guidance

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in attendance pastoral safeguarding or school administration

• Strong understanding of school attendance procedures and statutory guidance

• Experience using MIS systems such as SIMS Arbor or Bromcom

• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with families and agencies
