Key Responsibilities

• Providing rapid first-line technical support for staff and students across the school site

• Troubleshooting and repairing hardware including PCs tablets and interactive whiteboards

• Installing configuring and updating educational software and operating systems

• Supporting the management of user accounts and passwords within a Windows environment

• Assisting with the maintenance of the schools network servers and AV equipment

• Managing the IT helpdesk tickets to ensure all requests are resolved efficiently

• Conducting routine checks on ICT suites to ensure all equipment is functional and secure

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• A relevant technical qualification or equivalent hands-on experience in IT support

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS Office 365 and basic networking principles
