About the Role
As ECT French Teacher you will teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 delivering engaging lessons that build pupils confidence in communication and support strong GCSE preparation. You will be supported to deliver a well-sequenced curriculum that develops:
Confident speaking and listening through structured practice
Secure vocabulary and grammatical accuracy over time
Strong reading and translation skills
Accurate and expressive writing through modelling and feedback
GCSE confidence through deliberate practice and clear routines
ECT Support and Development
You will benefit from a strong ECT programme including:
A dedicated subject mentor and regular coaching
Protected time for training planning and reflection
Opportunities to observe experienced colleagues
Support with behaviour routines assessment and adaptive teaching
