As a Human Resources Intern reporting to the HR Manager you will perform HR processes. These processes follow defined standard operating procedures contributing to the achievement of HR performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.

You will work in a hybrid model (4 days at the office and 1 home office days). This is a paid internship.

Responsibilities:

• Employee Administration: administration of employee hard records Temporal and intern Contracts and Health Insurance.
• Onboarding: support in the welcome preparing the documentation and materials of new employees. Events coordination.
• Trainings support: attendance review of material logistics in face-to-face training and invitations.
• Benefits: Enrolment and administration of lunch box vending machines presents among others.
• Communication: support our internal network postings (events projects reminders)
• Talent Acquisition: support the HR Analyst in recruiting processes.

Your professional profile requires:

• Bachelors degree in progress in Human Resources Business Administration or related.
• 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
