Junior Manual QA Engineer
TA9 is looking for a motivatedJunior Manual QA Engineerto join our quality assurance team.This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their QA career who is eager to learnDetail-Orientedandpassionate about improving softwarequality. Theideal candidate will have a basic understanding of software testing conceptssomehands-on experience with manual testing and a willingness to grow professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute manual test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our web applications and backend services.
- Performfunctional regression and exploratory testingon client and server-side components
- Work closely with developers product managers and QA team members to understand requirements and expected behavior
- Document test results clearly and report bugs using bug tracking tools
- Helpvalidatebug fixes and improvements
- Assistinmaintainingtest cases and basic test documentation
- Participate in QA meetings and contribute ideas to improve testing processes
Requirements:
- Basic understanding ofsoftware testing principles and QA methodologies
- 12 years of experience inmanual software testing(internships or projects count)
- Ability to write clear and structuredtest cases
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. JiraAazureYouTrack or similar)
- Basic knowledge ofSQLor willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Good communicationskills and ability to work in a team
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of API testing (e.g. using Postman)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
- Basic understanding of client-server architecture
- Interest in learning automation testing in the future
