As Reservations Agent you will be responsible for:

• Providing luxury service to guests and bookers alike and use sales techniques when assisting in making reservations including personalizing calls obtaining complete guest needs and information contact details
• Completing daily tasks as specified on the Reservations checklist
• Partaking in a positive brand culture and participate in being an effective team that is committed to organizational goals and initiatives
• Managing group blocks and rooming lists once contract is signed
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities for both properties
• to name a few!
• Understand the impact of their job in the overall guest experience
• Are Team players
• Are curious outspoken determined
• Are flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
• Are great communicators

This role will require shift flexibility to work between 9am & 7:30pm and availablity to work weekends when required.
