Job Description

As ourSales Engineer you willbe responsible forthe technical aspects of the sales cycle to deliver exceptional pre-sales engineering support to our partners and customers.

As part of the Sales Engineering team you will work closely with Sales and Marketing. teams. Your responsibilities include product demonstrations project design support events customer meetings and supporting internal teams and partners on technical and product-related matters. You will also research prepare and deliver technical product training to equippartners with the skills needed to successfully implement Axis video surveillance products.

You will be in a unique position to learn the latest about our products and solutions and how they are used across a broad range of application areas from security to industry this role you will work with our products partners and customers every day building strong relationships as a trusted advisor to help drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

This position is based inMumbai India.

What you will do:

  • Provide technical pre-sales support across the sales cycle including solution presentations and proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations for partners and customers.

  • Keep distributors and resellers informed on technical pre-sales updates product changes and enablement materials.

  • Support integrators and software development partners during project sales process.

  • Develop andmaintaintechnical pre-sales documentation.

  • Plan and deliver monthly Axis Academy technical training sessions for resellers and partners.

  • Deliver tailored training workshops for internal stakeholders distributors partners and consultants.

  • Identifyand communicate new business opportunities surfaced through partner and customer engagements.

  • Manage relationships with key software development partners ensuring ongoing alignment and support.

  • Own the upkeep and continuous improvement of demo products and the Axis ExperienceCenter(AEC) including narratives displays and storyboard updates thatshowcaseproduct capabilities.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to support Axis and partner events.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams for Axis & Partner Events

  • Any other duties as assigned

    What we are looking for:

    • Bachelors degree with 5yearswork experience in similar capacitypreferably in the CCTV Network Security industry with experience in total Network Video Solutions

    • Proven pre-sales experience gained within the IT channel in a multinational environment

    • Experience with video surveillance systems audio network products network access control systems VMS software and hardware technology is a plus

    • Ability to deliver effective presentations and demonstrations to audiences at all levels

    • Strong performancein fast-paced deadline-driven environments

    • Knowledge of networking IP-based technologies and network infrastructure

    • Relevant certifications (for example Cisco Nortel Networks Microsoft) with CCTV-specific technical experience is a plus.

    • Requirement to travel domestically and internally to regional office and HQ in Sweden.
