Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at the front desk of a financial services location.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity assist with visitor check-in processes verify credentials as directed by site policy and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns to the appropriate contact when needed.
• Support access control operations by observing entry points maintaining awareness of incoming and outgoing traffic and documenting security-related events in accordance with site guidelines.
• Answer questions provide directions and communicate professionally with employees visitors and/or vendors while maintaining a professional front desk presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
