As a System Administrator at CGI Federal you will be responsible for the administration maintenance and management of capacity resources for computers at the operating system and infrastructure level. Your role will involve building configuring troubleshooting and integrating servers to enhance services deploy applications and upgrade infrastructure. You will ensure maximum server uptime and availability for customers by recommending enhancements diagnosing issues and implementing new services. Additionally you will manage Microsoft Endpoint Management to ensure secure and efficient device management.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Administer maintain and manage capacity resources for computers at the operating system and infrastructure level.
Build configure troubleshoot and integrate new and existing servers to provide service enhancements application deployments and infrastructure upgrades.
Recommend software and hardware enhancements diagnose and correct issues and define and implement new services.
Monitor performance and system usage to ensure maximum server uptime and availability for customers.
Contribute to the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) backup systems and disk configurations.
Conduct system analysis and development to keep systems current with changing technologies.
Manage Microsoft Endpoint Management to ensure secure and efficient device management across the organization.
Implement and maintain policies for device security compliance and configuration using Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Cybersecurity or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in cyber operations cybersecurity or a related field.
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) with a CI polygraph.
Proven experience in system administration maintenance and management of capacity resources.
Strong skills in building configuring troubleshooting and integrating servers.
Ability to recommend and implement software and hardware enhancements.
Experience in monitoring performance and system usage.
Knowledge of Disaster Recovery Plans backup systems and disk configurations.
Ability to conduct system analysis and development to adapt to changing technologies.
Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Management including configuration and policy management.
Familiarity with device security compliance and configuration using Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
