5 years of experience working with sales teams in a manufacturing environment
Field incoming calls and online inquiries from end users service technicians and sales team
Process quotes and purchase orders
Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce) and an ERP (Epicor) system
Ensure customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner
Understand company products and product customizations
