KLA is seeking a resultsoriented recruiter to support highvolume hiring across Taiwan.
This role is ideal for a handson recruiter who thrives in fastpaced environments and is passionate about building scalable talent pipelines that enable KLAs continued technological leadership.
Key Responsibilities Volume & Experienced Hiring
- Own fullcycle recruiting for highvolume and critical roles in Taiwan.
- Execute recruiting strategies aligned with workforce plans hiring priorities and ramp timelines.
- Build and sustain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing referrals market mapping and events.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR partners to clarify role requirements calibrate profiles and manage expectations.
- Drive multiple requisitions in parallel while ensuring speed quality and compliance.
- Quickly understand technical role requirements and effectively screen and present qualified candidates.
- Conduct structured and behavioral interviews to support databased hiring decisions.
- Track recruiting progress and outcomes using data to identify risks gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with HR and business teams to plan and execute campus hiring activities career fairs and interview events.
- Strengthen KLAs employer brand through targeted campus outreach events and digital engagement.
Profile for Success
- Proven experience managing highvolume recruiting in a complex or technical environment.
- Strong stakeholder partnership and consultative communication skills.
- Dataoriented mindset with the ability to translate insights into hiring actions.
- Comfortable operating in fastchanging hiring scenarios with competing priorities.
- Passion for process improvement candidate experience and employer branding.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
