SAP HCM Consultant Spanish Payroll 100% Remote (Spain)

Tasks
- Work on end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and support with a strong focus on Spanish Payroll
- Collaborate with international teams and clients on complex high-impact projects
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions
- Provide configuration testing and ongoing system optimisation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience with Spanish Payroll
- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
