Tasks

• Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of vehicle power and battery management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Develop and implement test plans procedures and scripts for vehicle power network and battery management subsystems ensuring thorough evaluation of performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers and project managers to identify diagnose and resolve issues related to power management and battery systems.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed technical reports providing recommendations for improvements and optimizations based on findings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in power and battery management technologies integrating new approaches and methodologies into validation processes to maintain cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in vehicle validation particularly in power network management and battery management systems.
• Strong proficiency in embedded software development and functional safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluency in English both written and verbal; German language skills are a plus.
