• Lead the strategy and roadmap for AI/ML-driven vulnerability management improving detection quality reducing false positives and shortening MTTR across eBays platforms.
• Coordinate the full vulnerability lifecycle from intake and triage through prioritization and remediation ensuring critical issues are addressed quickly and systematically.
• Partner with security architects platform engineers developers and operations teams to embed secure design and vulnerability considerations into next-generation platforms and services.
• Collaborate with internal partners technical engineers developers and product managers to keep vulnerability initiatives on track aligned to business priorities and measurable in their impact.
• Design implement and maintain automated dashboards and reporting that provide leadership with clear actionable business-aligned risk metrics and trends.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process gaps piloting new AI tools and approaches and sharing best practices that advance eBays overall security posture.

• Experience in cybersecurity vulnerability management or technical program/project management with a proven track record leading complex cross-organizational security initiatives.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/ML or general AI tools to vulnerability management problems such as detection triage prioritization and remediation workflows.
• Strong familiarity with common security and workflow tools such as Tenable Qualys Rapid7 Wiz Jira ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical risk into clear narratives and documentation for both technical and executive audiences including dashboards and written reports.
• At least 5 years of experience in security operations or closely related domains with strong skills in stakeholder management communication and influence.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment working across time zones and teams with flexibility to support critical security events as needed.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including location skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility various paid time off benefits such as PTO and parental leave).
